2. Hydration for the cuticles
To always have beautiful nails, it is essential to moisturize the cuticles regularly. For that, honey can also be your ally! Its moisturizing properties can help keep the skin around the nails soft.
To do this, just mix a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of coconut oil. Then rub the mixture over the cuticles and let it sit for 10 minutes. Rinsing should be done under running water.
3. Exfoliation for the lips
When the lips dry out, it is very common for them to peel. To solve the problem, exfoliation is the most efficient and quick treatment and you can count on a mixture of honey and oatmeal for this.
Mix honey with a little oatmeal until it forms a pasty cream. Then apply on the lips gently, making circular movements, and rinse.
4. Bleaching of stains
If you have spots on your skin due to acne or exposure to the sun, know that honey can help to alleviate them. To do this, you can mix the juice of a lemon with two tablespoons of honey, apply it to the stained area and let it act for 30 minutes. Then, rinse the skin thoroughly and use the moisturizer of your choice. Repeat the application once a week for efficient results.
